Here is my calories in and calories out information for the last three days:
Friday
- 2590cals IN
- 198cals OUT (30mins of slow walking)
Saturday
- 2249cals IN
-792cals OUT (120mins of slowish walking - faster than Friday's walking)
Sunday
- 1375cals IN
- 2538cals OUT (180mins of hiking)
On Friday night I ended up having 3 beers, two pretzels, and some sweet mustard with the pretzels. Not a big blow-out like I thought might happen so I feel good about that. Also the walking around for 30mins trying to find the place kind of killed my mood to drink loads as I was hot and sweaty. The Hong Kongers didn't really seem to understand the German drinking songs or the dancing, but the expats in the crowd did their part:o)
I am using no sugar added Robinson's squash to help me drink my water every day (about 5cal a serving). This is my third day using it in my water and I am doing pretty well. I am almost done with my big bottle of water and it's not even the end of my work day! I am quite proud of that. I may try to drink another big bottle of water once I get home. I am sure that if I lose weight this week it will be water weight mainly. And next week it will also be water weight. But the week after that it should be actual fat melting away.
I am sure you have noticed the crazy exercise numbers above. I feel proud at having done that, but I am also very aware that I need to keep it up. Realistically though I don't think I can keep up the pace I had on Sunday, but maybe I can do Saturday's time with a faster pace. I think I will go for a walk after work today - just down the road and back again, but it is a heck of a walk! If I can get at least a 30min walk out of it that will be great. I will try to see if my husband will join me, but he has been feeling a little under the weather lately so I won't push it.
I hope that everyone had a wonderful weekend! Drink your water folks!!
Be well,
Buttercupp
ps - I am weighing in this evening so I will have a weight update tomorrow!
